Are your shirts made to order?
Yes — all items are printed on demand. That means we make your order fresh when you place it, rather than keeping inventory on hand.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders take:
- 2–4 business days to print and ship, then
- 3–5 business days in transit to arrive.
(Delivery times can vary during holidays or carrier delays.)
Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO?
Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes and similar addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship US only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is made to order, changes need to be made quickly.
You can request a change within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to edit or cancel it.
What shirt do you print on? How do they fit?
Our standard tee is the Gildan 64000.

- True to size
For best results, check the size chart and compare measurements to a shirt you already own and like.
What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because items are printed to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- changing your mind
- not liking the design after purchase
- “shirt quality wasn’t what I expected” (details are provided on the product page)
If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
We’ve got you. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, has a quality issue, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away and we’ll make it right with either:
- a free replacement, or
- a refund
Please include your order number and a photo so we can help quickly.
How do refunds work?
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Refund timing can depend on your bank or card issuer.

How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your print looking great:
- Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) with similar colors
- Wash inside out (recommended)
- Tumble dry low
- Iron/steam low (avoid ironing directly on the print)
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
How are your shirts printed?
All items are professionally printed (DTF).
Will it look exactly like the mockup?
We do our best to make product photos accurate. Small variations can happen due to:
- screen brightness/color settings
- lighting in photos
- minor print placement differences from item to item
If anything arrives with a true print/quality issue, reach out and we’ll help.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is secure and payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Not at this time.
Are taxes included?
Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Do you run discounts or sales?
Yes — we occasionally run limited-time promos and we may also offer a first-order discount from time to time.
My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have it — what should I do?
First, please double-check your mailbox/porch, side doors, and any parcel lockers. If you can, ask neighbors or your leasing/front office, and give it 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a bit early.
If it still hasn’t turned up, email us at support@playlistprints.com so we can help you review the tracking details and delivery info. Please note that shipping insurance is optional at checkout. When a package is marked delivered but can’t be located, insurance helps cover replacements.
