Returns & Refunds Policy (Playlist Prints)
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preference after purchase.
Eligible issues (we’ll make it right)
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, has a print/production defect, or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly help.
To request help, email us at support@playlistprints.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- a clear photo showing the issue
For eligible issues, you may choose:
- a free replacement, or
- a refund
In most cases, you will not need to send the item back. If a return is ever required (rare), we’ll provide instructions.
Not eligible for return/refund
Because items are printed to order, we can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size or color
- changing your mind
- not liking the design after purchase
- issues that were clearly described on the product page (including garment fit, fabric type, or product details)
Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
Order changes or cancellations
Need to change your address, size, or color? Because production begins quickly, changes can only be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and can’t be modified or canceled.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
