Shipping Policy (Playlist Prints)

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do ship to PO Boxes and similar addresses (APO/FPO where supported).

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders $75+ (US only)
  • For orders under $75, shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Processing / production time

All of our items are made to order. Most orders take 2–4 business days to print and ship.

Shipping time (delivery)

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy & order changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production begins quickly, changes to your address, size, or color must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and may not be able to be updated or canceled.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please:

  • check your mailbox/porch and any alternate drop-off spots
  • ask neighbors or your leasing/front office (if applicable)
  • wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark items delivered early)

If it still hasn’t turned up, email us at support@playlistprints.com so we can help you review the tracking details and delivery information.

Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout and is the best way to protect your order if a package is marked delivered but can’t be located.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and local requirements.
