Made-to-order products
Many of our items are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins quickly after purchase.
Colors, mockups, and product presentation
We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your device’s display will accurately reflect colors, and minor variations in color or print placement may occur.
Order limitations and refusal
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and to refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or unauthorized reselling).
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to update your order (such as address, size, or color), you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, your order may already be in production and may not be changeable or cancellable.
6. SHIPPING
Shipping terms, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Because many items are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or preference after purchase. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy (such as a replacement or refund) according to our Refund Policy.
